You are being asked to install or use the Loopnet CLI from the Printing Press library.

## What it is

loopnet-pp-cli is an agent-native command line tool for Loopnet. LoopNet shows you today — this CLI remembers, building the price-cut, days-on-market, and supply trends LoopNet...
It is a single Go binary that ships with an agent skill, and it installs with one command.

## Install

Recommended (installs the binary and the agent skill):

    npx -y @mvanhorn/printing-press-library install loopnet

Hermes:

    hermes skills install mvanhorn/printing-press-library/cli-skills/pp-loopnet --force

OpenClaw:

    clawhub install printing-press-library/loopnet

## MCP server

This CLI ships an MCP server (loopnet-pp-mcp) with 2 tools. Point any MCP client at it, including Claude Desktop.

## After install

Call loopnet-pp-cli from the shell, or use the /pp-loopnet skill inside an agent.
Run loopnet-pp-cli --help to list commands.
