# AGENTS.md - Gainsight Read CLI

You are being asked to install or use the Gainsight Read CLI from the Printing Press library.

## What it is

gainsight-pp-cli is an agent-native command line tool for Gainsight Read. Read-first Gainsight NXT API surface for customer success account, relationship, person, timeline
It is a single Go binary that ships with an agent skill, and it installs with one command.

## Install

Recommended (installs the binary and the agent skill):

    npx -y @mvanhorn/printing-press-library install gainsight

Hermes:

    hermes skills install mvanhorn/printing-press-library/cli-skills/pp-gainsight --force

OpenClaw:

    clawhub install printing-press-library/gainsight

## MCP server

This CLI ships an MCP server (gainsight-pp-mcp) with 11 tools. Point any MCP client at it, including Claude Desktop.

## After install

Call gainsight-pp-cli from the shell, or use the /pp-gainsight skill inside an agent.
Run gainsight-pp-cli --help to list commands.
